Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. In addition, vitamin C supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function and has a role in the process of cell division.
Glucosamine occurs naturally in the human body and is a component of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid. Chondroitin sulphate belongs to the group of glucosamine glycans.
